Currently, to include an incentive for a research session the incentive must be chosen when you set up the session. When you click "New session" you'll see an Incentives section:
For now, this section is only activated for teams on the Enterprise plan who have asked to activate this feature. If you're an enterprise customer and would like it to be activated for your account, shoot us an email at [email protected].
If you add an incentive to your session, this will be communicated to the participant automatically in the Ribbon widget and/or the scheduling page (depending on how you recruit your participant):
To issue the incentive after you've completed your session, simply head to the summary screen for the session and press "Send $x incentive" to automatically email the incentive to the participant:
