Access for Ribbon staff to our systems and any customer data is granted on an as-needed basis and depends on the role of the staff member.

Access by Ribbon staff to customer data is only granted to resolve customer support issues. When resolving a customer issue, we only access the minimum data needed to resolve your issue and do our utmost to respect your privacy.

Multi-factor authentication

All access to servers, source code is secured using two-factor authentication. Access to third-party tools Ribbon relies on is secured using two-factor authentication as far as possible.
